About Us
The ECD Network in Kenya was formed in September 2015 out of a realization that there was a gap in coordination of various organizations and institutions engaged in ECD. The network builds private and political leadership and aims to integrate service provision, invest in capacity development, create research and advocacy initiatives, to recognize the importance of early childhood as a critical state of a child's life that requires a multi-sectoral approach.

Impact Achieved
The network is committed to nurturing a coordinated effort to enable the design and implementation of quality, equitable, and inclusive ECD programs for all children. Building on the local experience in Kenya, the SDG Philanthropy Platform is now joining the global initiative of the ECD Action Network to scale up ECD services and impact across diverse thematic areas as well as public and private sectors.
