Leaders in the social sector like yourself are catalysts of change. To help you create maximum impact on the ground for every rupee spent, we are hosting an interactive workshop that brings global impact and 'giving' best practices to India.

The workshop is part of the High Impact Philanthropy Initiative, co-created by The Life You Can Save (TLYCS) and Samhita, and supported by Tata Trusts.

Facilitated by Charlie Bresler, Executive Director, TLYCS, the workshop will engage you in an interactive and hands on session on the art and science of effective giving. At the workshop, you will:

  • Immerse yourself in the three key aspects of effective giving - impactful, informed and intentional (3i framework) and use them in a practical activity, Giving Games, while learning about effective programmes being executed in India.
  • Engage in discussions around cost-effectiveness, busting the myth about overhead costs, using data and evidence to design programmes, factoring in brand or personal motivations to bring about social impact.
